RePlay Games purchased this building for use as a distribution center and retail store.  This project consisted of renovating the facade, demolition of the interior to receive new offices, warehousing and retail space.  With a short turn around time the project was on time and on budget.

Commercial Improvements

Westhampton Christian Church

After dealing with a leaking flat roof for years, Westhampton Christian Church contracted Frye Construction, LLC to build over the existing roof with a new gable roof.  The church had three additions over the years and the new roof tied the additions together for a more uniform look.

Custom Home Additions & Renovations

SML Lake House Addition and Renovation

The owners of this lake house needed more room for family and entertaining guests. The existing home was stucco over CMU.  The owners, in the beginning, wanted to tear down the old home and start over.  However, due to regulations, they would have had to move the home away from the waterline. Ultimately the existing house was renovated and a 4 bedroom, 3 bath addition was added.

New Office Building

This 6500 Square-foot office building was constructed for an investor.  This project consisted of land development and the new building.  With a turn around time of 3 months, the investor was able to lease quicker and begin seeing his return sooner.

Church Elevator, Handicap Restrooms & Lobby Addition

With an aging congregation, the church had a need to update access into the building, between floors and add ADA compliant restrooms.  Frye Construction, LLC created a concept and quickly progressed into construction adding an elevator, 2 handicap restrooms, entry lobby an a wheel chair ramp to access the main entry.
